The world–particularly the business world–was designed by men, for men. For women in leadership, fitting into the workplace can be personally costly, leaving you feeling exhausted, thwarted, and frustrated.

Women’s leadership advocate Belinda Clemmensen wrote Women, Leadership, and Saving the World as a call to action for gender equality and equity in leadership and decision-making. Fascinating research and interviews provide context for systemic gender inequality. But this guide also points to inclusion as the way to impact complex local and global problems and make better decisions.

“If you wonder why so many things in our crazy world just aren’t working, there isn’t a better place to start than this bravely written, timely book. From start to finish, Clemmensen authoritatively tackles why a lack of women in leadership is at the root of most global problems we are facing today; and she lays out a clear, step-by-step guide to change that reality. If you want to be a woman who leads (or a man who supports the movement) this is your go-to guide.”
