Women Leading Sustainability Workshop 2024

Leaders today are listening and reacting to society’s demands for a corporate response to sustainability.

Leaders require the knowledge to embed sustainability across all functions with a governance model fit to respond to the organization's environmental and social impacts.

The research is showing that women are leading the way.

Please join Belinda Clemmensen, Founder of the Women's Leadership Intensive and Karen Malone, Founder of Littpark, a sustainability and ESG strategy consultancy specializing in ESG roadmaps, program design, integration and employee learning, for an all-new discussion about the important leadership role that women are playing in sustainability in organizations and communities.

Journal Your Way to Clarity Workshop with Cheryl Sutherland of PleaseNotes Goods

Do you get stuck when thinking about the future? Learn how to tap into your internal guidance system so you can create a vision and the action steps to get you to your goals.

Maybe you’re a regular journaller, or maybe you’ve got some dusty journals sitting on your bedside table, but never really got into a flow of writing. Either way, Journal Your Way to Clarity will help take your journalling practice to the next level for you.

We are so fortunate to be joined by guest facilitator Cheryl Sutherland of PleaseNotes Goods who is the co-creator of the journal we use in the WLI program. This is an experiential workshop. We will get to practice with new journaling modalities that we can easily use on a day-to-day basis or when facing obstacles.

WLI Setting the Course for 2024: A New Years Reflection & Intention Setting Workshop

The turning of the year is a great time to reflect on the past - What went well in 2023? What was tough? What did I learn? - and to set intentions for the new - How do I want this new year to be? What are my important goals? What needs to change?

It can be difficult to find the time to just stop and think. For many of us the holidays are just as busy as any other time of year, if not busier. So please join us to pause, take a breath, and take some time to make sense of it all, and reconnect with what matters most to you.

This interactive workshop will include reflection activities, group discussion and intention setting prompts.

MEMBERS ONLY: WLI Holiday Social!

Some of the core expectations of the workplace haven’t changed much over the years, and the workplace as we know it was not designed by or for women. Women have been adapting and making ourselves fit the workplace, often modelling our behaviour on those who went before us - men. It’s time for women to stop twisting ourselves in knots to fit the “traditional” workplace, and reinvent the workplace to be a better fit for women. The more this idea is discussed the more we find that workplaces, designed to work for women, tend to work better for everyone!
